We can carry out 90% of repairs in your own home. If you choose to have your device repaired in your own home then we will arrange a time and date that is convenient for you. One of our techs will call round at the pre-arranged time to repair your device.

 

Sometimes we are unable to carry out the repair in your home, our technician will advise you of this. They will then need to bring your device back to our workshop to complete the repair, Don't worry though as if this happens then there is no further fee's involved.

COVID -19 Information

We are still offering home repairs, however you may notice that we are taking extra precautions at present. We must ask that social distancing takes place and our tech may wear a face mask.

Were possible the tech will require a separate room from others while completing the repair. we also ask where possible that payments are made by card.

At your Workplace

As well as in your home repairs, we can come to your place of work to carry out the repair.

For this service we will arrange a time and date that is best for you. It may be best to also let your workplace know that we are coming to limit disruption. We will also either text or email you when the tech is on there way to you.

If we are unable to carry out the repair at your place of work, our technician will advise you of this. They will then need to bring your device back to our workshop to complete the repair, Don't worry though as if this happens then there is no further fee's involved. We will then arrange to drop your device back to either your place of work or at your home.

Again the same advice applies during COVID-19 Pandemic at we ask that where possible payments are made by card.

Pick up and Drop Off

Stevens I.T. Solutions also provide a Pick up and Drop off service. If you live within the Yellow circle shown on the map then this service is free of charge. If you live outside of the Yellow circle but within the Blue circle then there is a £10 charge for this service.

We will pick up your device from your home or place of work at a pre-arranged time and then drop it back to you once the repair is complete. We will always let you know when we are dropping your device back to you.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic we are asking our customers that contact free pick up and drop off is maintained and where possible that payments are made via card.

Postal Repairs

NEW to Stevens IT Solutions. 

As part of the response to keep your devices repaired during COVID-19, we are delighted to offer postal repairs.

This service is available to Laptop, Mobile Phone and Tablet repairs and is available to our customers nationwide. 

Book your repair either via our website or give us a call, when calling we will send you a quote for the repair.

Should we find that your device requires extra parts to complete the repair then we will inform you before any further work is carried out.

We offer two types of return postage.
Royal mail first class signed for or DPD Next Day delivery.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of your device when your device is on its way to us, and we advise that you take out the available insurance offered by the courier.

We are normally able to get devices back to you within 48hrs of receiving your device. You can also track the repairs using the my portal section, you will receive a sign up for this on your first repair with us.

Remote Support

We offer a remote support service for PC and Laptop issues that do not require physical repair.

This service can be used for system problems, software issues, setting up new software etc.

Before connecting via remote support we will check with you if this is the best option.

There is a £19.99 initial fee which will be taken via a one-off payment (Payment is normally taken 3 days later via GoCardless). This fee includes 30 minutes connection time with one of our techs. Should the issue take longer to fix, then there is a fee of £15 per every 30 minutes after and this payment will be taken over the phone. (Most of the time this will not exceed 1 hour). If we are unable to fix the issue via remote support then the payment will be cancelled and you will be offered one of our other services.
