We only replace batterys with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) replacements, giving you reasurrance that there will be no nasty surprises in the near future.

If your not quite sure what is wrong with your device then our diagnostics package is for you.

We will diagnose the issue and then let you know what needs to be done / replaced to rectify the fault. If you decide to go ahead with a repair with us after the diagnositics then we will invoice you for the replacement parts and fitting charge. We will also take off the diagnositics charge from the total cost making the diagnostics FREE.

If you decide that you do not want to go ahead with a repair then there will be nothing else to pay and we will send your device back to you.

Inherent defects with the parts installed

What is not covered by the warranty?

Accidental or deliberate damage to replacement parts or evidential tampering to replacement parts.

Any device that has had previous or new water damage will be VOID of any warranty.

Warranty Length

Screen Replacements - 18 Months
Battery Replacements - 12 Months
All other Replacement Parts - 12 Months

If you believe that your phone has been water damaged then the first thing to remember is do not power it on or press any buttons that will cause the phone to come out of sleep mode.

Call us in the first instance on 01256 674490 and we will advice you on what to do next and how to get your device to us ASAP.

Water damage repair is a complex process and is not always sucsessful. If your device requires replacement parts than these will advise you of this and parts will be charged ontop of the water damage fee.

If we are unable to save or repair your device after water damage then there will be a flat fee of £20 plus return postage, you will receive a £30 refund.

Any iPhone that has Touch ID and needs a new home button will no longer be able to use Touch ID. The same applies to iPhone models that have Face ID that require a new Front Camera and / or Proximity Sensor. This is due to Apple locking down its security on the phones which means that only the original parts will allow these features to work.
